You can rent a unit online by going to the Unit Sizes & Prices page of this website. You will be able to select the size of unit and when you would like to begin your rental. Payment for the unit can be completed here. You will sign your lease agreement and receive your unit number and gate code at this time as well.
The process for moving out is to go to “contact us” on the website. From here, click on the “move out" tab. Fill out all the information and press send. Lease agreements will go through the end of the month. Unfortunately, there is no proration or refunds for partial months used as contracts go through the end of the month. We ask that notices to vacate are submitted thirty days prior, but no later than seven days prior to the end of the month. Tenants who fail to submit a notice to vacate properly or vacate after the 1st of the month will still be charged for the following month.
There are several reasons why your code may not be working. Some of the most common reasons are:
Failure of payment
Payment on the weekend and then immediately attempting to use your code
Rental codes beginning on a weekend need to be updated, but we are closed on weekends
Onsite computers need to have a system update
Please call the office and leave a voicemail/message regarding the issue. If it’s a weekend, we will attempt to get back to you when we can. This may mean that you could have to wait until Monday. New renters should have received an email with a temporary code imbedded just incase this were to happen.
If you are a business or have a specified reason as to needing access to your unit after hours, we are open to granting 24-hour access to you after confirming the reason. This would be considered a privilege and may be revoked at anytime if it is determined that the privilege is being abused for a reason other than given.
