This form is my official notice that I will be vacating my storage unit at the end of the month as indicated. It is my understanding that this form must be received by the landlord at least 14 days before the date I wish to vacate, and I can only vacate the unit at the end of said month. This letter must be received by EZ Storage on or before noon on the first day of the last month of occupancy.
